These terms are currently a development draft and must be reviewed and approved before XXV Markets opens to public users.

Virtual trading only

XXV Markets is a simulated trading platform. XXV Capital is virtual and has no cash value. It cannot be deposited, withdrawn, transferred, redeemed, or exchanged for real money.

No investment service

Information shown through XXV Markets is provided for simulation, education, analysis, and competition. It is not financial, investment, legal, or tax advice.

User responsibilities

Users must provide accurate registration information, protect their account credentials, and use the platform fairly and lawfully.

Market data

Market prices may be delayed, interrupted, corrected, or unavailable. Simulated execution may differ from real-market execution.

Account restrictions

XXV Markets may restrict or suspend accounts where misuse, manipulation, automation abuse, multiple-account activity, or other rule violations are suspected.
